I have been taking a dose of Aspirin a day (2 pills). It's really helped with the morgellons in my eye. I know it has salicylic acid in it so I think it might kill them. I know years ago the salicylic acid shampoo stopped them from coming out of my scalp so let's hope this works. I don't know how long I can take the Aspirin though because I use to take a baby Aspirin a day for my auto immune swelling but after the 6th day made me extremely dehydrated to the point my lips were cracking.
----UPDATE---- I think I have an aspirin sensitivity and that's why I kept getting sleepy. It hasn't put me off taking the aspirin however I will only take one dose for one day when I feel like I need it. I still get these things coming out of my face. Mostly in my nose crease. I always feel it bite me and I grab there and there is always one on my finger. I have been doing pretty good though :D I am so happy too because I was really getting depressed and anxious.
